    Machine Services & Repairs

    Bernina PN proudly offers in house Machine servicing and repairs with a certified Bernina Technician. We also service and repair other brands of machines and overlockers. However, we can only source manufactured parts for Bernina and Bernette machines.

    We strive to have your machines running smoothly and efficiently as quickly as possible. i.e. 5 – 14 days. You are able book your machine in for a same day service, as the workshop is continuously busy, we appreciate at least 2 week’s notice when making a book in and there is an additional charge for this.

    Proper maintenance and regular servicing of your machine is important, and we recommend that Bernina/Bernette owners regularly clean and oil their machines, approx every 10 hours of stitching.

    All new Bernina machines will receive 2 FREE Service checks in the first 24 months of your purchase.
